Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatSpot. By accessing the service, creating an account, joining a room, or sending messages, you confirm that you are 13 or older and legally allowed to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these terms with you.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for your account activity, login security, messages, images, profile details, usernames, room names, and other content you post or send. Do not sell, transfer, share, or misuse another member's account, and do not post illegal, harmful, abusive, explicit, invasive, deceptive, or rights-violating content.

Sexual Content and Child-Safety Standards

ChatSpot prohibits pornography, nudity, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation, predatory behavior, and any sexualized content involving a minor. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is forbidden everywhere on the service. Adults must keep interactions with minors appropriate and non-sexual.

Moderation and Bans

We may review reports and remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed to operate the service, protect members, investigate abuse, enforce rules, or comply with legal obligations. We may restrict features or suspend or permanently ban users without prior notice. Suspected child exploitation may be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.

Room Owners and Moderators

Room owners and moderators may manage conversations, but ChatSpot may override room decisions to protect members, enforce site-wide rules, or maintain the service.

Service and Liability

ChatSpot may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatSpot is not responsible for user-generated content, member conduct, off-site interactions, or losses resulting from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as ChatSpot changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
