Ages 13+ Only

ChatSpot is a moderated community for people age 13 and older. Do not help anyone under 13 create or use an account.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Never create, post, request, stream, link to, possess, distribute, or threaten to distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sexualized depictions of anyone under 18. Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of a minor, predatory behavior, and attempts to move a minor into secret or sexual conversations are prohibited. Adults must keep every interaction with minors appropriate and non-sexual.

No Pornography or Sexualized Content

Do not post, request, stream, link to, or share nudity, pornography, explicit sexual images, sexual services, or graphic sexual content in public rooms, private messages, profiles, calls, uploads, usernames, or shared links.

Respect, Privacy, and Lawful Conduct

No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, scams, spam, fraud, drug or weapon sales, trafficking, self-harm encouragement, or other illegal or dangerous activity. Keep public content appropriate for a community that includes teenagers.

Report Child-Safety Concerns—Do Not Reshare

Use ChatSpot report tools or contact staff immediately when you see grooming, suspected CSAM, exploitation, or threats involving a minor. Do not download, screenshot, save, forward, or repost suspected CSAM. You may also report suspected online child exploitation at report.cybertip.org. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Strict Moderation and Enforcement

Moderators may review reports, remove content, preserve relevant records, restrict features, mute users, close rooms, or suspend and permanently ban accounts. Suspected child exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement as required by law. ChatSpot may act without prior notice when needed to protect a child or the community.

Private-message safety: Private messages and uploaded images may be automatically scanned for sexual harassment, explicit imagery, and attempts to recruit users to other chat services. Only flagged items may be reviewed by owner-rank accounts.
